One of our core values is to ensure the well-being of each individual animal. This is why we make absolutely sure we use hormone-free and antibiotic-free feed, leaving as little room as possible for artificial alteration or interference.

The animals are free range, which means they can go in an out and roam as they wish. They are not tied up, restrained or harmed in any way, shape or form. They are part of a peaceful environment based on trust, harmony and fulfilling their basic needs.

Another one of our core values is to provide you with efficient, cost-saving and reliable service. We are thus more than happy to have you take advantage of our free delivery within a one-hour radius from Ottawa and up until an hour east of Casselman, no minimum amount required, all within only three business days of your completed order.

Be it for a stew, a steak or a ready-in-a-flash flavourful and invigorating meal, we have the cut, the portion and the taste that will have your family revel in your craftiness and culinary mastery. There’s more to barbecuing and cooking than appliances : it’s first and foremost about your pride and your family’s and your guests’ delight.
Cutting it down to the bare essential
  • Filet mignon: As tender as it gets, it’s THE cut you want to get your family or your guests to indulge in that very special treat and to confirm you cook a steak perfectly right.
  • T-Bone: The perfect barbecue steak to enjoy summer patio fun... and to pretend it’s summer year-round.
  • Rib steak: The fantastic grilling steak to enjoy a nice romantic or family dinner or to impress your guests with bursts of flavour.
  • Wing steak: It’s from a little further down from the rib steak, also right on the t-bone, with its delightful taste.
  • Boston steak: Another great grilling steak, yet grossly underrated, with a nice marbling; flavourful, it’s from the center of the sirloin.
  • Flank or Denver steak: From under the center of the blade, it’s ideal to try out that crafty new marinade of yours.
  • Round steak: Also perfectly suitable with a wide array of marinades, it will have you feel like a spice mixologist.
  • Minute steak: Taken right from the sirloin, it’s boneless, time-efficient and easy. It’s perfect for stir fries, as it complements the whole food guide.
  • Stewing beef: Moist one square inch cubes to cozily warm up during those fall and winter days and evenings, but also great for kebabs with vegetables from your harvest on the summer grill.
  • Brisket steak: Tasty, crispy and sparkling from that custom sandwich to your mouth.
  • Round roast: Never put away your slow cooker: every season is the right season for great sandwiches for family gatherings or hectic evenings driving kids around to and from practice.
  • Blade roast: You just might have some left for tomorrow’s lunch... if your evening is just crazy enough...!
  • Ground beef: Lean to extra lean, a pound truly is a pound; it sizzles, it doesn’t melt away.

Ribs? Chops? Bacon? Hams? On the grill, on the stovetop or in the oven? It all depends on the time you have for cooking and hosting or running off to practice or rehearsal. One thing’s for sure, your freezer will have a recommendation for you.
Just when you thought you just couldn't cut it or pull it off...
  • Bacon: What’s more to say? Is there any dish it can’t complement? Really. Any time of day, you’ll have plenty of it. It’s as lean as it gets, with perfectly balanced marbling.
  • Smoked hams: Carve it out of the oven, but make it quick before pieces and strings fall like potato chips.
  • Picnic ham: The actual pulled pork in a pulled pork sandwich. What’s left to say?
  • Chops: Tender, flavourful, perfect marbling. Try it as a butterfly chop if you’d like. This just might make up the core of a modern family living, busy-days-even-busier-evenings, can’t-miss meal: take it out, cook it, enjoy it, and back out you go.
  • Spare ribs: Enough said. We’re sparing you the coating.
  • Hocks: The quintessential for a famous ragoût de pieds de cochon, shaved from what is in fact the centerpiece of the forearm.
  • Ground pork: Lean to extra lean, you get what you asked for, as you end up serving the exact weight you have been cooking. It blends perfectly with whatever you choose to toss in or have sautéed with it, as it gives way even better than beef.
